By submitting this application I certify: (1) All the information is true. (2) I give permission for my pitch video (if submitted in my application) to be used by Contra Costa Shark Tank in various media including online and print. (3) If selected as a Finalist, I will present my pitch in person at the Lafayette Library on the evening of February 6, 2024. (4) I understand that photos/videos taken at the Finalist Pitch Event may be used in various media including online and print. (5) I have my parent/guardian's permission to apply.
